Production Line: Sparkler Line

Nineteen machines across six stages. The largest of the five lines, covering wire and bamboo core handling, dipping, drying, cutting, sorting and packing. Sparkler length drives the whole line. A plant running 10 cm party sparklers and a plant running 70 cm display sparklers need different dipping plates, different drying racks and different packing tables, so tell us your lengths before anything else. Automatic dipping plate lifts replace the heaviest manual step on this line and are usually where a plant sees its first return.
