What it does
Rolled tubes are collected and strapped into a bundle so the clay press can fill a whole bundle in one stroke. Bundle count falls as tube diameter rises.
Before you order
Bundle count is fixed by the tube size, not adjustable at the machine. Match the bundle size to the press you already run.

What it produces
2,400 bundle per 8 hour shift, 52,800 per month.
Calculated from the factory’s rated output of 12 sec per bundle, on one 8 hour shift and 22 working days. No allowance for changeover or downtime.
